Abstract

The right to paid nutrition for employees is recognized within the framework of positive labour laws as an additional right that can be established and developed between the employer and the employees in order to apply it within the framework of the employment relationship. This right ensures that employees are adequately provided with a meal at the expense of the employer during the performance of work obligations for the needs of the employer during working hours. This right is most often combined with the right to a break during working hours. In this paper, we develop the additional right to paid nutrition for employees and the use of this right through mobile applications for employee nutrition at work.
