ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Collection of paper of the Faculty of Law, University of Priština is a scientific journal that is the successor to the Proceedings of the Faculty of Law and Economics in Priština, the first issue of which was published in 1962. The first editor-in-chief of the journal was Prof. Dr. Jovica Patrnogić. During its decades-long existence, Collection of paper of the
Faculty of Law, University of Priština was edited by 20 editors-in-chief. Since 2010, the Proceedings has been published annually.
EDITORIAL POLICY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF AUTHORS AND PUBLISHER
Collection of paper of the Faculty of Law, University of Priština, is a scientific journal with a decades-long tradition, which publishes scientific papers according to the principle of so-called Open Access. All its content is available online to authors, the scientific and general public, free of charge. Also, the publication of authors' papers or any additional costs related to this are not charged to authors.
Users may, while respecting the integrity of the authors by indicating the copyright and properly citing the source, search, read, download, copy, distribute and print the full text of the articles, as well as establish HTML links to them, without the obligation to seek the consent of the author or publisher. The costs of review, text processing, publication of the Journal and its storage are provided by the Publisher, without any hidden costs for the authors. In this way, the works are permanently stored in a safe and searchable place. The archive is located at the link: https://zbornik.pravni.pr.ac.rs.
The authors guarantee that the manuscript represents their original contribution, that it has not been published previously and that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals constitutes a violation of ethical standards, which excludes it from further consideration for publication in the journal. A paper that has already been published elsewhere may not be reprinted in the Collection of paper of the Faculty of Law, University of Priština.
Authors bear full responsibility for the entire content of the manuscript. The manuscript must not contain unfounded or illegal claims, nor violate the rights of others.
Authors retain copyright over published articles, and grant the publisher the non-exclusive right to publish the article, to be cited as its first publisher in the event of further use of the article, and to distribute the article in all forms and media.
Papers must not have been previously published or submitted for publication to another publisher.
Papers may have a maximum of two co-authors, with each author's specific contribution to the work being indicated.
All submitted papers (except for reviews) are subject to mandatory double anonymous review.
The final decision on which manuscripts will be published is made by the editorial board, with the leading role of the editor-in-chief. Decisions are made solely on the basis of the value of the manuscript. When making a decision on publication, the editorial board is guided by the content of the reviews and the editorial policy, taking into account legal regulations relating to copyright infringement and plagiarism.
The Editorial Board owes special gratitude to authors who, in the submitted manuscript, address topics related to Kosovo and Metohija and/or who cite some of the papers published in the Proceedings of the Faculty of Law, University of Pristina.
The Proceedings publishes scientific papers on the principle of so-called Open Access. All its content is available online to authors, the scientific and general public, free of charge.
